    6. As a condition of employment, I agree that any complaint or conflict that cannot be resolved internally may be referred to Alternative Dispute Resolution at the sole discretion of SERVICE TECH CORPORATION, unless prohibited by law.
    7. This application is current for only 30 days. At the conclusion of this time, if I have not heard from the employer and still wish to be considered for employment, it will be necessary to fill out a new application
